Every year since 1979, Edgewood High School has presented awards to alumni and friends of EHS who have shown exemplary service in ther personal or professional lives to the school, to Christian education, in EHS athletics and to the broader community. More recently, awards have been established to recognize exceptional contributions in the arts. The awards, listed below, are presented during Alumni & Friends Reunion Weekend.

ALUMNI APPRECIATION AWARD

who are not alumni and whose record of
service to Edgewood High School through
volunteerism, support and other community

DOMINICAN AWARD FOR SERVICE TO HUMANITY
This award is presented to Edgewood graduates whose lives have been distinguished by outstanding service to the community and parish, reflecting one or more of the values of truth, justice, compassion, partnership and community. MAZZUCHELLI AWARD FOR SERVICE TO CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

ATHLETIC ASSOCATION HALL OF FAME
The Athletic Hall of Fame honors former EHS athletes (usually a minimum of ten years beyond high school), coaches/administrators and friends of Edgewood Athletics who have contributed significantly to EHS Athletics by their performance, accomplishments, or contributions of time, talent and/or treasure. FINE ARTS HALL OF FAME
- Outstanding Fine Arts Graduate: A graduate of EHS who participated in and contributed to the fine arts (art, dance drama, music or writing) while a student; is currently a fine arts professional, a long-term, committted fine arts amateur or a fine arts educator who has made a significant contribution to the fine arts or has shown a high level of commitment to the fine arts; and has been in his or her field for minimum of ten years.
- Current/Past EHS Fine Arts Educator: A faculty member who has inspired a love for the fine arts in students; demonstrated significant commitment and contribution to his/her program or
curriculum and to EHS fine arts in general; and served as a role model for students and Edgewood community.
- Friend of EHS Fine Arts: May be
anyone who has demonstrated a long-term
commitment to the fine arts at Edgewood through volunteer efforts, financial
support and/or enthusiastic promotion.
