Habitat for Humanity House Build
Habitat for Humanity

One of Edgewood's Campus Ministry Service Projects this year is a Habitat for Humanity house build, which will also be an entire Edgewood community service experience!

The plan is to bring together faculty, staff, students (ages 16 and up), parents and alumni, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, to build a house in the Fitchburg area. Edgewood will be working the second Saturday of each month from January-June.

If you would like to join Edgewood on this service project, please email Joan Rundhaug-Witz  at about availability. Although many spots are full, there may be cancellations or other opportunities through Habitat for Humanity.

Some basic information:

- The second Saturday of the month starting in January and continuing through June 2018 is reserved for Edgewood volunteers.

- A maximum of eight is needed for each 8:15 - 3:30 work day. This will be coordinated by Campus Ministry on a first come, first served basis.

- During the winter months, work will be completed indoors.
