This is a very exciting and historic time for Edgewood High School. After years of planning with hundreds of stakeholders, we are moving forward with a facilities plan that will create a more innovative learning environment for our students.
Phase one of this project involves constructing a new, state-of-the-art performing arts center with seating for 465, an expanded stage, dressing rooms, scene shop and storage (all on one floor), as well as new band and choral rooms, and a piano lab. It also includes ADA infrastructure improvements that provide accommodations such as elevators and ramps, casual study areas, and a relocation of Edgewood Campus Middle School.
Construction of the new Performing Arts Center is slated to begin June, 2018 and is scheduled to be completed in early spring, 2019. The groundbreaking was featured by
Channel 3000 on June 1. You can also view a slideshow of the event

At the heart of this transformation is the student experience. The following slideshow exemplifies the vision we hope to realize for EHS.
