This person will be primarily responsible for all clerical support in the Student Services Department, specifically to the Department Chair and the Assistant Principal.

Performing Arts Center Director, Producer & Administrator of Educational Theater
This person must have a deep commitment to theater, education and our school mission and be passionate about engaging high school students in the process of artistic discovery as well as collaborating with co-workers and the larger community. This educator/director will select and execute two main-stage productions for the High School, and will help build a strong theater program while developing systems and procedures for facility use.

Kitchen Prep Person/Cashier (part-time; positions occasionally become available)
Responsibilities include preparing fresh sandwiches, fresh salad bar, cutting/packaging fresh fruit, serving/cashiering during lunch, and restocking and general cleaning during non-serving hours. Hours range from 8:00am to 1:30pm or a shift of 9:30/10:00am to 1:30pm. Days would vary from 2-5 days per week.

Librarian / Library Media Specialist
Responsibilities include administering and evaluating all library operations and personnel; the selection, acquisition, circulation, and maintenance of the materials and equipment; administering and evaluating all library operations; developing and updating library policies & procedures; managing the library budget; conduct instruction as necessary on use of equipment; supervise and manage student visitors; collaborate with teachers to develop research and writing opportunities for students; explore and provide up-to-date resources and materials, data bases and websites; and update and maintain collection materials relevant for adolescent learners.

English Teacher  
This is a part-time position - 50% time. Work hours are dependent on course schedule - Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during the school term (mid-August through the end of May).

This is a limited-term substitute position from mid-August 2019 through mid-November 2019. Work hours are dependent on course schedule - Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

School Counselor 
Responsibilities include standardized testing; student behavioral issues and concerns; assist with tutorial programs (National Honor Society Tutors, Academic Success Program and Study Hall Assistance); student crisis and grief counseling; student anxiety, depression and stress management; student issues with interpersonal relationships; student goal setting skills, academic advising and credit recovery planning; summer school programming; plan the following programs: Spring Career Fair, All grade level class meetings/assemblies, Financial aid/scholarship workshops, Suicide awareness and prevention programs, Culturally responsive teaching practices, Cyberbullying and Internet safety and sportsmanship and leadership seminars; College and Career Responsibilities.

Choral Music Teacher

This is a part-time position opening for the 2019-20 school year. This position includes teaching two curricular choral ensembles (mixed choir grade 9 and mixed choir grades 10-12), a curricular liturgical Mass Band coordinated with our Campus Ministry department, small group/private lesson instruction for all vocal music students, an extra-curricular show choir, and music directing for our musical theatre department. This person will work closely with a full time instrumental music teacher, full time piano teacher and drama team. Strong piano skills highly preferred along with previous experience teaching choral music at the middle and high school level. Previous experience teaching musical theatre and show choir preferred.

Substitute Teachers 
Edgewood High School is seeking education professionals that would like to substitute at our school. We are looking for substitutes in all subject areas to cover for faculty absences. Interested applicants should share proficient subject areas in their cover letter. Needs can be full or partial days—school day is 7:50a.m. to 3:20p.m.
